The Mimiuo Classic W-Oven is the plainer sibling in Mimiuo's wood range, with no automatic rotation, but it has a neat way of controlling the fire. Turning the chimney cover through 90 degrees changes the draught and so the flame intensity. It burns wood or pellets, comes with a foldable aluminium peel and a 33 cm cordierite stone, and suits a cook who wants real flame with a simple control.

Our take
Fast heat and flame control
Mimiuo claims 500°C in under 10 minutes, the quickest heat-up of its wood ovens on this site, and roughly one minute per pizza. The chimney cover is the main control: open it for a stronger flame, close it down to calm things when cooking several pizzas in a row.
The cordierite stone is described as resistant to 1,200°C and good at drawing moisture from the dough for a crisper base.
Ash and cleaning
Clearing ash is where many small wood ovens become a chore. Here the burner gate and burner tray come out, so you can tip the ash away once it is cold. The outside needs only a wipe with a mild detergent.
The chimney is removable and the legs fold, which helps with storage and transport. Assembly needs no tools.
Size, weight and the missing rotation
Amazon gives 67.1 cm deep, 35.1 cm wide and 76.2 cm high, with a weight of 15.2 kg. That is narrow enough for most garden tables, though the height with chimney needs clearance.
Mimiuo notes that the Classic series does not have the automatic rotation of its other models. You will turn the pizza yourself with the included 30.5 by 35.5 cm peel. The specification mentions a cover in the highlight, but the component list does not, and no warranty period is stated.
Choosing between Mimiuo models
The Mimiuo W-Oven with automatic rotation takes the same fuels and turns the stone for you, but weighs 18.8 kg. The Mimiuo upgraded wood and charcoal oven adds a fuel funnel and viewing holes but leaves out the peel. The Classic is the lightest of the three.
Verdict
Go for the Mimiuo Classic W-Oven if you want a narrow wood or pellet oven with a quick stated heat-up, a chimney cover to tame the flame and easy ash removal, and you do not mind turning the pizza. If you want the turning done for you, choose the Mimiuo W-Oven with automatic rotation, and for charcoal use, the upgraded wood and charcoal model.
