That extra width compared with narrower carts is the main reason to choose it. A compact oven can sit at the back with a peel, a dough tray and a toppings board in front.
Storage and load
Two shelves below the top offer room for cooking tools, pizza accessories and food. The frame is heavy-duty steel, and the listing rates the table to hold up to 40 kg.
That rating is the main limit. Lighter gas and pellet ovens sit well within it, but heavier wood-fired ovens with firebricks can weigh more than the table is rated for. Check the oven weight before you buy.
