Most ovens on this site sit on a table, but this generic model, sold as A-1, stands on its own steel frame and rolls on two wheels. It burns wood or charcoal and has a built-in thermometer. Its pace is slower than the high-heat portable ovens, with pizzas taking several minutes, so it suits a relaxed garden host who wants a permanent-feeling wood oven rather than a 90 second Neapolitan machine.

Our take
Heat and cooking times
The seller states temperatures of over 700°F, about 371°C, in five minutes, depending on how much wood you add, and pizzas in 6 to 7 minutes. That is well below the 450 to 500°C claimed by most other ovens here, so expect a crust closer to a home-style or New York pizza than a leopard-spotted Neapolitan one.
Dry hardwoods such as oak are recommended for pizza. Charcoal also works, according to the listing.
Moving it and using the thermometer
Two wheels and an insulated handle let you tilt and roll the oven across a patio, which helps if it lives in a garage corner over winter. The built-in thermometer gives you a reading without opening the door. As with any dial thermometer, it shows air temperature inside the chamber, not the stone surface.
What the listing leaves out
This is a generic, unbranded product, and the specification table is very thin. There is no weight, no dimensions, no stone size and no warranty period. The material is listed as alloy steel, stainless steel and aluminium.
Assembly is said to need no tools, and cleaning is done with a stainless steel cleaner. Before ordering, ask the seller for the size and weight so you know it will fit through a side gate.
Comparing with the Mimiuo wood ovens
The Mimiuo upgraded wood and charcoal oven takes the same fuels and claims 500°C in under 15 minutes, with a 33 by 33 cm stone and a fuel funnel. The Mimiuo Classic W-Oven quotes 500°C in under 10 minutes on wood or pellets. Both are tabletop ovens, while this one stands on its own frame.
Verdict
This wheeled steel oven makes sense for a garden where the oven stays out on its own frame, cooking slower pizzas and other dishes over wood or charcoal. Anyone wanting fast, very hot bakes should choose the Mimiuo upgraded wood and charcoal oven or the Mimiuo Classic W-Oven, both of which also state their specifications far more fully.
