This is the green DeliVita Diavolo, model DEL-3001, and its strongest case is for people who cook away from home. DeliVita calls it the most portable gas oven in its range, and the box backs that up with a carry case and a camping regulator alongside the usual one. It bakes 12 inch pizza and is designed in Yorkshire, so it suits a family heading to campsites, the beach or a friend's garden with their oven in tow.

Our take
Taking it on the road
Folding legs and a dedicated case make the Diavolo easier to pack than an oven you have to wrap in a blanket. The camping regulator means it can run from camping gas cylinders as well as a full-size patio bottle, which widens where you can use it.
One caution for anyone carrying it far: the title gives 10.5 kg, but the specification table says 17.6 kg. Plan for the heavier figure until DeliVita clarifies it.
Cooking performance claimed
DeliVita states it reaches 450°C in about 20 minutes, then cooks a 12 inch pizza in 60 to 90 seconds on its stone floor. The maker also pitches it for flatbreads, charred vegetables and other high-heat sides.
The included infrared temperature gun is a real help with a new oven. Pointing it at the stone tells you when the floor is ready, which avoids the common mistake of launching a pizza onto a stone that has not caught up with the air temperature.
Dimensions and guarantee
The listed size is 62 by 46 by 32 cm, and the control is a knob according to the specifications. DeliVita offers a 5 year guarantee when you register the oven, and the brand notes it comes in a range of colours, which is why other Diavolo listings appear elsewhere on this site.
Lighter rivals for travel
The NutriChef 30.48 cm gas oven weighs 9.9 kg and includes a regulator and hose, but has no case. The Jamie Oliver by Tefal oven weighs 10.9 kg with a hand-turned stone, though the listing says it only works with UK gas bottles. The Diavolo is the more travel-ready kit of the three.
Verdict
Pick the green DeliVita Diavolo if you want a 12 inch gas oven that packs into its own case and runs on camping gas as well as a patio bottle, with an infrared gun and a 5 year guarantee. If carrying weight is the priority, the NutriChef is lighter, and if a turning stone appeals more, the Jamie Oliver by Tefal is the alternative.
